Products & pricing

We do our best to display accurate product descriptions, images, and prices. Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice. In the rare case of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue a full refund.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy — we confirm the contract once your order is accepted. We may cancel any order due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or a pricing error, in which case any payment already made will be refunded.

Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only — you pay in cash when your order is delivered. No card or online payment details are collected at checkout.

Shipping & delivery

Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within Pakistan. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or location.

Returns & refunds

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. COD refunds are arranged directly with you.

User conduct

You agree not to misuse this site — including attempting to interfere with its operation, submitting false order information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

Noorland.pk is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or delayed/failed deliveries caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
